Return Policy:

Exchanges: We will gladly exchange any item you receive from our website within 60 days of delivery for free. Just return your purchase in unworn condition in the original box and enclose a note stating your preference. Second exchanges will incur a $10.00 restocking fee.

Returns: You may also return your purchase in unworn condition in the original box for a full refund within 14 days, minus a $10.00 restocking fee. Additional shipping fees are not refundable.

Fitting Tips: Footwear fitting is a very individual thing: Some people prefer their shoes “snug” while others desire a “loose” fit. Also, there are no “official” standards defining size and width, so styles from different brands vary significantly. And today, many brands are imported from countries all around the world, where size ranges that are not familiar to a U.S. consumer are used. To assist you in acquiring the best possible fit, we suggest the following:

 · When selecting a size, check an old, comfortable pair of shoes (perhaps you still have the box, or can find the size on the heel lining or under the tongue). In the “Comments” section of the Order Form, indicate the brand, size and width (and style number if you can!) of those comfortable old shoes.

 · Please consult the Size Conversion Chart above when selecting a brand featuring a foreign size scale.

 · Please remember, fitting is subjective; we cannot be responsible for size selection or recommendations beyond Sherman Shoes' standard return policy.
